It's important to understand that I work as a solo stylist. I appreciate your understanding that I aim to stay on schedule with my appointments to avoid inconveniencing other clients. If you are running late, please let me know by text or email. Please note that if you arrive late, I may not be able to perform your complete service, and you will still be charged for the full amount of the service you booked. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event of such a circumstance, I respectfully ask that you provide a minimum of three business days' notice to cancel your scheduled booking. If you provide less than three business days' notice, a cancellation fee of $100 (which corresponds to your deposit to secure the appointment) will be charged.
This policy allows me to offer unused appointment slots to other clients and better serve the needs of my clientele. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter and value your business.

In-Salon Appointment Cancellations
Please note I do have a cancellation policy in place. All bookings require a $100 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 3 days of the original booking.

Booking Information
For a rough quote as accurately as possible ,Please attach a current photo of your hair in natural light and two inspiration photos. If you are not using professional homecare I suggest booking in for a detox appointment first. Using professional haircare is an absolute must to ensure your hairs integrity during the colouring process. Please note – for colour corrections or initial makeover appointments extra product is normally needed, which I charge $20 per bowl. Some guests can use 0 some 5 it all depends on hair length and thickness. It is impossible to quote on extra product as everyone's hair is different.

Pricing
My pricing is structured to the fact I work one on one with my client, meaning I need to charge accordingly. Your experience in my salon with me is a one on one luxury hair service.

Can I bring friends or children to my appointment?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations also being a smaller space, dealing with hazardous chemicals & equipment only clients booked for appointments are to be present. Please contact me privately if you wish to bring anyone for reasons other.

"No Show"
If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment, meaning if you simply don't show up for your confirmed booking, you will be charged 100% of your booking.
