When are you open?
The salon is open:
Monday 10am - 5:30pm
Wednesday 10am - 5:30pm
Friday 10am - 5:30pm
Closed - Sun, Tue & Thu
Saturdays are by appointment only.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Bookings are by appointment only. No walk in enquiries. Please book directly online .

How long does an appointment take?
Depending on your service, appointments can take up to 4/5 hours maximum. Ultimate Blonde colour work will take 5-7 hours. Approximately depending on thickness & length.
What happens if I'm running late?
It’s important to understand that I work as a solo stylist please appreciate that I run on time with my bookings to ensure other appointments aren’t inconvenienced. If you are running late to your appointment please let me know by txt - 02102520852
Please note I may not be able to perform your complete service if you are late. You will be charged for your full service that is booked.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, which may result in the need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event of this happening, I respectfully ask for scheduled bookings to be cancelled at minimum of 3 business days. Less than 3 business days will result in a cancellation fee of $100 ( your deposit) paid to secure your appointment.
A $100 deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you then wish to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must give a minimum of 72 hours notice in business hours in order to qualify for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within this time frame, or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Alternatively if you wish to reschedule I am happy to hold and transfer your deposit to a new date and time. If you meet the above criteria and request a refund of deposit, the deposit will be refunded back to you, you will need to email me directly after you’ve canceled with your account details for refund. You will be refunded less any Timely fees. Timely currently take a $3.85 transaction fee from the $100 deposit. So the amount you will receive back is $96.15. Thank you for your understanding.
Should I wash my hair before coming to my appointment?
Yes please, clean & dry hair is mandatory for all my colouring services.
What products should I be using for my hair?
I recommend salon grade products to protect and nourish your hair, especially before & after lightening. I have a large variety of these products available in salon for purchase.
Can I bring friends or children to the appointment?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations also being a smaller space, dealing with hazardous chemicals & equipment only clients booked for appointments are to be present .
